Some CC apps fail to install MSVCP100.dll error when opening Premier Pro

My installation keeps failing with some apps working fine. When I open Premier Pro I get the following error message. "The code execution cannot proceed because msvcp100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix the problem"  I have tried only installing Premier Pro with the same result.

This is my log file:

[When a Staff person asks for private information hover your mouse over their name]

[you may then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email]

[This is a public forum, not Adobe support where you would submit a crash report]

[long crash log removed... please only send a crash log to a technician, when asked]

Search http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime
