Spark narration feature not working in video creating

After working well a few days ago, I have all of a sudden started having an issue with the narration feature.  When I depress the record button and hold to record, it appears that all is well.  When I go to play it back, I can hear a very very faint recording of my voice...like it HAS recorded it but it is not playing out loud and clear.  If I blow on the mic it will translate and I can hear that pretty clearly.  Just my voice is not being recorded in full volume.  I run Chrome on Windows 10 on a  Dell PC.

Any thoughts on this?  Very frustrating for sure!
