Spark Stuck Generating Templates

Hi,

So I'm just trying out Spark and the add a brand feature, it all seemed to go well. However once I've added my logo, colour, font and I click next the dialog box goes through the process but then stops at "Generating Templates" I've tried in Chrome and Edge thinking it was browser issue and in both cases I left the window open for 30 minutes.

If I refresh the page the add brand changes to manage brand for a split second before reverting back to add brand.

January 2019 ... also having that problem.

But then - as someone suggested here, I refreshed the screen ... and voila! Working! :-)

I was stuck on generating templates also. I refreshed the page and it is working.

Hi,

I am having the same issue.

I changed the font styles a few times, as Shobanas24942129 suggested, but it stops at "Generating Templates" as before. I can´t believe it, that this problem persists now such a long time.

What a shame, adobe spark is such a nice tool.

Has anybody his templates completed with his brandstyles?

I am having this same issue.

After I upload my logo, choose a font color and a font, I wait for my templates to be generated and it keeps getting stuck at "generating templates." Please help me with this. I came over from Canva and now I am thinking of going back...I've tried it with Google Chrome and Safari. I can't use Firefox. It slows my computer down way too much.

Google Chrome is Version 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I'm going to try to get an answer over the phone tomorrow too and if I don't get help, I will be returning to Canva, because it's ridiculous that this question was originally asked 9 months ago and there is still no response smh.
