Spark watermark

I am trying to create something with Adobe Spark and have been trying for days but I can't get rid of the watermark on the background. I have seen so many videos and read so many tutorials and supposedly, if you have an account, you just hit share and there is an option to take off the watermark. I can't seem to be able to get it to come up.

I originally subscribed with my iPhone, discovered that was an issue, unsubscribed from there and resubscribed with the lowest Creative Cloud subscription because from what I read the lowest is acceptable for removing watermark, still nothing is coming up.

And it looks like Adobe is not responding to questions quickly and there is no live support.

Do I have to upgrade my subscription or has anyone else had this issue?

I really like Adobe Spark and have tried other apps but just haven't found what I was looking for in those. I'm hoping I can get this issue resolved.
