Hi everybody,
first off, i know i can go into the CC app and look for previous versions to install, but the version i need to install is not an option in that list.
long story short, have been using AE 2018 V15.0 for a while and my workflow (more or less) works when i use that version.
when updating the CC app itself, my version of AE updated to 15.1.2, and it has broken my workflow.
I NEED to get version 15.0 again. Can't seem to figure out how... Any help? Please and thanks!!
Hi Dilbertd,
The Adobe Creative Cloud has moved to native Operating System (OS) support for Dolby Digital decoding (reading Dolby files) and is no longer providing support for encoding (writing) Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus sound formats in the current and future releases of Creative Cloud.
These changes affect the following Creative Cloud products:
Adobe Premiere Pro CC
Adobe After Effects CC
Adobe Audition CC
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC
Adobe Media Encoder

Hi Dilbertd,

These changes affect the following Creative Cloud products:

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic CC
Adobe Media Encoder CC
Adobe Prelude CC
Adobe Premiere Elements
This is the reason some of the specific versions are no longer available for downloads, like After Effects CC 15.0.1 and Premiere Pro CC 12.0.1
For more details on this kindly refer to Adobe Creative Cloud apps use native OS support for Dolby.
Hope this helps.
