Correct me if I'm wrong - you click one of the programs (photoshop etc...) to open it and then you wait and nothing happens "please wait for a moment" window pops and that is it? Nothing opens ones or ever?
If it is the case I have the same problem... Looking for a way to contact the support directly now. lost a whole week of work, because of this

have you installed the cc desktop app from here, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

if yes, did it install without problem?  and if yes, does it open without problem?

have you installed any programs using the cc desktop app?

if yes, do any open without problem?

Yes, I installed cc from the official site. First there were problems with the installation, but following the instructions on the Adobe all happened. No applications can not install because the application fails to launch. Opens window applications and is rotated continuously load indicator.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
