Question

Start Trial when I have already paid.

I have a monthly membership to Adobe Creative Cloud for school. They recently deducted around $30 from my account when I usually pay around $20 a month. And all of a sudden, whenever I try to use Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., it says that I need to start a free trial. When I found out this was an ongoing issue for more people, I saw a step where I needed to go to my plans and manage it. I don't have any plans on my account and yet money was deducted. To top it all off, customer service is no help as I have waited over 2 hours for them to answer the phone. Can someone please help?

    Hi there,

Subscription of creative cloud all apps is well provisioned on your ********@****mail.ca email address. Please sign out and then sign back in to the creative cloud desktop app which should fix the issue. Kindly update this thread if you run into any issues.

If you passed the one year mark, your susbscription cost goes up after the first year extra discount goes away.  This could explain the change from $20 to $30.  It is still substantially less than the full price subscriptions.

Try using chat if the phone doesn't work out.
