Hi,

Recently I discovered there is an empty Downloads folder under my Documents. I do not know for how long it has been there, but the computer was a fresh OS install approx. a year ago.

I deleted the folder assuming I have created it by an error in the past. But later, after computer restart, it was back there.

Using Sysinternals Process Monitor and GPO/Event Viewer I found out the empty Downloads folder is being created once Creative Cloud.exe is run. It does not make any difference whether ACC is run at login or later manually.

Additional details:
- Windows 10 Pro x64 with latest updates
- CC Desktop app 5.1.0.407
- CC Desktop Install Path set to Default location
- CC Desktop Syncing folder location set to %USERPROFILE%

What I did so far:
1. Reinstalled Adobe CC

2. UTFG, but found nothing but 3.
3. Followed the procedure from https://community.adobe.com/t5/get-started/starting-cc-creates-folder-quot-gpucache-quot-on-desktop/...

Is there any way to stop this behaviour, please?
