Still in trial after joining a Creative Cloud member

I joined the Creative Cloud membership 7 days ago and the payment was successful, but the 2019 version of the app is still in beta. 2018 or older does not have this problem

I purchased "Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition (one year)" on Adobe.COM.

I have confirmed that the login account is a purchase account and the Creative Cloud desktop application does not display a purchase or trial prompt.
