Stuck in Endless Loop for Illustrator

New Here ,
Mar 09, 2024 Mar 09, 2024

I just purchased creative cloud a month or so ago.  I was able to at least go in and create new documents and images on my web.  The entire time I have had the program, it prompts me to send an email to myself to verify my information to launch illustrator (which I have already paid for.)  I do so and then, through the resulting email, I click on the link to launch illustrator.  I get directed to a page asking me to send an email to myself for verification - it is an endless loop.  Getting hold of anyone for tech support is next to impossible.  Right now, I am paying for a program that does not even work half the time.  I am a new user and there are things I still need to learn, but this has been ridiculous.  Any advice?

PS - Now I am getting an error message saying that webgl has been disabled or does not work every time I try to launch the beta version of illustrator (which I never had to use before today.)

I believe that I purchased it directly from Adobe.  The invoices for my fees is from Adobe Inc.
