Hello,

I'm a teacher of photography and digital media, I have students who are having trouble accessing the free subscription for Creative Cloud. They have gone through their portal to register for the app but when they install that app and go to download Photoshop it ask them to 'buy' it. Can you help with this issue please?

FREE Creative Cloud Membership includes these benefits only.   See screenshot.

There is no FREE subscription for Photoshop, only a free 7-day trial.

If your school has contracts with Adobe for Creative Cloud services on campus, I assure you they are paying for it. And the school's IT dept must coordinate home access.  Contact your school's IT dept. for details.

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access.
THIS HAS TO BE SET UP THROUGH THE SCHOOL

You'll have to talk to the school's IT department. This is under their control.
