student confirmation email
I had a subscription for Adobe CC (regular). Now I enrolled in a graduate programm. I contacted Adobe and the support person said, they will cancel my current subscription and book a new subscription at the student discount for the end of the billing cycle (which is mid next month). I received a confirmation mail for the cancellation of the current subscription (and can also see the cancellation in my customer account online). But I never received a confirmation, that starting mid next month I have bought a student subscription -- and there seems no pending order in my online account.
How long do I wait for the confirmation -- does this mean something went wrong?
The support person already has received and checked my student verification, so thats not the issue.
