We have renewed the Subscription for Student and Teacher package. But we are not able to access the Apps. We are receiving a notification to renew.
Kindly let us know what the status of the plan is?

If its saying Renew your subscription then your previous cancel subscription conflicting this one.
Contact Support so that they will activate it
