Subscription renewal notification repeatedly popping up

I went to open my photoshop application and the creative cloud message popped up to renew subscription. I went to my account, checked everything and we are all up to date, etc. signed in and active. It even let me know that I was all up to date and active, ready to use. So I closed everything, restored my computer and tried again and the message has since been repeating. We then googled all other blog options, and followed up three other things you could do to fix this - and nothing worked. I then reached out to contact chat, and they said they were sending me to a tech service person, and then kicked me out of the chat - so I was back to square one. We read up on a bunch of these blogs and most peoples answers said you had to call, and then they fixed it in about a week or more, my question is, is this really the only solution? Has anyone else found anything that worked, this is for a workplace - so it's hard to not have these applications working at all, when they keep telling you they are active and working.

these two messages come up - and then continue to come up over and over again, telling me I'm active. even after closing, quitting, opening, signing off, signing back in, restarting computer. Screen Shot 2018-01-18 at 4.07.42 PM.pngScreen Shot 2018-01-18 at 4.07.50 PM.png
