The Surface Pro X has a Microsoft SQ1 CPU which is a custom ARM chip which will only run 32 bit apps or 64 bit apps specifically ported to ARM64.

That's a lot of 64 bit apps which will not run on the Surface Pro X, or only very, very slowly, including Creative Cloud apps.

Quote from late last year: "Microsoft says that Adobe is committed to creating 64-bit ARM versions of its Creative Cloud apps, but there’s no timeline for when that’ll happen."

Adobe is currently working on Fresco for the Surface Pro X.

Given that full Photoshop for iPad has taken a couple of years (to date) for a so-far feature-limited version for Apple's iOS operating system, the rest of the Adobe apps for the Surface Pro X sounds unlikely.
