Suspend vs. DeActivate?
If I need to wipe my laptop and start over do I suspend activation or deactivate permanently? I also have PS installed on my main computer. I want to reinstall it on my laptop again.

Deactivate permanetly. The activation key is stored in special sectors on your harddrive. "Wiping" it will remove the key info and thus invalidate any activation no matter what.
