Switch Download Link from Windows to Mac

Hi all,

we are currently trying to transfer a Adobe Captivate Licence. We filled up the form and everything. But the current problem is that the download link for the software was originally generated for Windows, after the transfer we will need it for Mac. What do we have to do?

I was trying to chat with the Adobe Support but on one day there won't show up any employee and on the other day I cannot even see the chat.

So hopefully someone here can help me 🙂
