okay, this may be a dumb question but I’m not that techy even though I am a designer. I may need to buy a new Mac. I auto pay monthly for photoshop and illustrator. I’m imaging that I will need to somehow connect my new Mac with my adobe account so I can access the programs. how do I do this? Thank you!!

On the new Mac you

1. Download the Creative Cloud Desktop app

2. Start the app and sign in.

The app knows who you are and what you paid for, and shows you the same stuff as on the old Mac.

Hi Andrew,

It would only try to sell you a new plan if you are signing in with a different email address than the one which has your subscription... You can tell which plans are registered to your account/email here:

https://account.adobe.com/plans

If you are using the right email and password and it still doesn't show your paid plan, then please see the help links that John posted just above and follow the steps given there.
