Switching adobe plan to a student plan?

Hi - I am trying to figure out how I can switch my current plan to a student plan. My plan must have automatically renewed from last year and my student discount has disappeared. I have to tried to navigate the seemingly endless links to try migrate from current plan to a student one without having to cancel the current one (and incurring a massive fee doing so) but to no avail. When I try to change it I get a message saing this purchase is not supported. Keep getting redirected between US and AUS sites. If anyone has any suggestions that would be much appreciated. Would like to not have to pay an additional $20 each month.

Yes, your plan renews until you cancel... and the 1st year costs less

if you've submitted your student support documents, contact adobe support.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Thanks John - I had a look at the link you sent. I think I realise now that I am still on the student plan but the subcription price has risen after the first year. A shame for students...my institution has access to CC but only when in enrolled in certain subjects through the degree.
