Switching from MAC to Windows, serial key

Would my serial key still be valid if I'm switching from MAC to Windows, because my serial code/key is not working when entering on my windows computer to redownload my program so I can work on some art that I owe people. >O<

    If you had purchased Mac version serial number , you cannot use it to activate on Windows computer.

    However , you can opt for platform swap for serial number , so that you can use the serial number to activate on your Windows computer .

    This is one time process and the serial number will not be changed back to Mac again.

    You can request a platform swap if this is for a CS6 product.  Older product platform swaps are not supported.

    If this only involves a small amount of work and you would not want to give up your Mac license you might consider getting the Windows version as a trial and have the 30 day period to use it.

    You can also download the trial version of the software thru the site linked below.


    Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
