System Requirements [Lightroom]

I just purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan and can't get started because I keep getting this error message.

This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Lightroom CC. Please refer to the system requirements in the Help documentation for a full list of hardware and software requirements for Lightroom CC.

Below are my computer specs. I don't see what needs to be upgraded?

Cloud based LR CC requires Win 10 version 1511 or higher.

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC system requirements

Your current OS is not high enough to use the cloud based app.  However, LR Classic will work on Win7.
