Eduardo, please try uninstalling the Creative Cloud desktop app using the directions and uninstaller found here: Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application. You do not need to uninstall your other apps, just the desktop app. Once the Creative Cloud desktop app has been removed using the uninstaller, please reinstall it according to these instructions: Use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app to manage your apps and services

En la ventana de Creative Cloud me aparece "Error de descarga", y más abajo de la misma ventana la opción de "Descargar Creative Cloud" sin que me de solución a la descarga, y regresándome al mismo punto en donde estoy estancado. Ya tengo varios días con este problema
