Testversion photoshop elements 11

Hello, i have lightroom 4.4(64bit) on my computer, an now i want to test photoshop elements 11. there is always an error when i try to load the testversion down. Why...??? Can somebody help me?

    Always this message is coming: "Leider ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Diese Anwendung kann aufgrund eines falsch konfigurierten Installationsprogrmms nicht installiert werden. Bitte wenden sie sich an den Anwendungsautor."

    19Karlchen16 do you receive this error message when you are trying to download or install Photoshop Elements 11?  Also which operating system are you using?

    Hallo Jeff, my operating system is Windows 7 (64bit) an the error message is coming when i try to install photoshop elements 11!


    Ok please try downloading a new copy of the Photoshop Elements installation files.  Please see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1006208?tstart=0&promoid=KBHJQ for information on how to download your purchased Adobe software.
