Testversion trotz Abo!

Hallo Community,

ich habe das Abo für alle Adobe Apps aboniert jedoch steht nach dem Downlaoad der Desktop Apps, dass dies nur Testversionen sind obwohl ich dafür ja eine Lizenz habe. In der CC App steht nur die Option "Jetzt kaufen".

Hatte früher das Foto Abo, dort lief alles Prima.

Habe schon probiert alle Apps zu deinstallieren und wieder installieren- ohne Erfolg.

Auch habe ich mich schon mehrmals ab- und wieder angemeldet bei der CC-App.

Bitte um dringende Hilfe da ich ansonsten nicht auf meine Arbeit fortsetzen kann!

It seems that we will need to do some technical troubleshooting.

Can you please Contact Customer Care so the agent can remote into your machine an fix the issue for you?

Hi Lukas,

I understand that you are unable to activate your CC apps because you are getting a trial on them although you have a paid subscription.

I have checked your account and see that there is an active Creative Cloud (Student-Teacher Edition) subscription under the Adobe ID as on forums.

Please follow the steps as mentioned here: Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

Hi Sheena,

Thanks for your fast reply.

Unfortunately the suggested steps didn´t help.

When I try to open any app like Photoshop then this Pop up appears.

Seconds later it disappears and appears again and so on.

Further I can not activate or deactivate the account in the application itself.

Have you tried launching as an admin?

Right click on the application and select Run as an Administrator.

Please try the steps below:

  • Sign out from the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application (Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps)
  • Browse to the location: [System Drive]:\ProgramData\Adobe
  • Rename the 'SLStore' folder to 'SLStore_old'
  • Browse to the location: [System Drive]:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  • Rename the 'SLCache' folder to 'SLCache_old'
  • Sign in to the Adobe CC desktop app

Again same result...

The CC App asked to reinstall the apps. I did so but still the same result.

After waiting for about 10min this window pops up. But after clicking "Diese Software lizensieren" i come back to the same point as before...

ich habe genau das gleiche Problem! Es erscheinen ebenfalls die exakt gleichen Popups. Hast du das Problem lösen können? und wenn ja, wie?

ich habe jetzt knapp 3 Jahre später das selbe Problem ... kann mir jemand helfen ?

ich habe schon alle Schritte befolgt leider ohne Erfolg ... ich meine die Zahlung ging raus, ich habe eigentlich alle Programme im Abo enthalten und trotzdem nur Zugriff auf die Testversion ... das kann ja nicht sein ... 

Adobe hat echt Aufholbedarf
