The app is always opening after i do something on my pc

i just reinstalled adobe for some bug happend, and now, whenever i go out of yt fullscreen or open a new app, the adobe app pops up for no reason, even when i close it, it just pops up agian when i open a new app??? what the heck is going and can i get some help?

Cola Cola God, what Adobe app are you referring too?  What operating system are you using?  Finally, if it is a Creative Cloud app, then what type of Creative Cloud membership do you have?

Im reffering to adobe cloud. My operating system is 64-bit and im still in the trial.
