The billing address information is invalid?

Question

Credit card on subscription service has expired, went to update with new information.

Keep getting error message:

"The billing address information is invalid. Please correct your address and try again."

Its the same card (different end date and CVC), same address as before.

Wont let me go any further - any ideas?

Hi there, I just finished a chat session with an Adobe support person about this problem. Specifically, in my case I was getting a "billing address invalid" error, after trying to enter my address several times, including accepting the suggested address.

We tried the cookies/cache flush but it didn't work for me. Then, just for the heck of it, I tried deleting and re-entering the credit card number, before filling out the rest of the form as usual. Success! This time there was no invalid billing address error.

Give it a shot.
