the circle just spins and stays for hours on the payment page for Creative Cloud - won't go any further!

This is all that will happen after i go thru the steps of payment to download PS 6.  I already have PS 5 and would rather transfer that from old computer, so this makes me more mad. I can't find anywhere to use the older version and use my Serial number to use PS5. I appreciate both of these being addressed.  thank you so much
