the developer cannot confirmed

I had downloaded Lightroom 6 on my Mac but when I tried to open it it showed that cannot be opened because of the developer cannot confirmed. How can I make it open?

Hi,

Please go to the following location and make the following changes :

Click on the Apple icon in the top left corner > System preferences > security and privacy > General > Allow apps downloaded from change it to "ANYWHERE"

*** to make these changes you'll have to click on the Padlock in the left bottom corner of this window and enter your computer password ***
