The downloading bar every time stops at 42% for adobe illustrator

Been trying many times now to install adobe illustrator onto macbook. The downloading bar every time stops at 42%. I've tried refreshing everything but I still get the same thing. What do I do?

where is this tmp folder... I have checked my folders for creative cloud but it is empty

Right click on Finder icon and select Go to Folder option .

You will get a text box , inside that you have to type as /TMP and press Return key.

It will open Tmp folder.
