Tried to download the test programm onto not personal (work related) PC - several times - the result is the same - checked the options for the version of Google Chrome, no block of windows, but can't download it. Please help!

Click on below link and open CS 6 download page and do not download anything from CS 6 page. Simply keep it open .

Step 1)

Click on the below link and open Photoshop Elements download link.

Note: We are not downloading anything from the Photoshop Elements page.

Do not close the page , simply keep it open.

Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10

Then click on below link and download direct Installer file mentioned in step 2.

It will directly starts installation process right away.

Step 2)

Extract Zip first, then run Setup.exe file.
