there is a error that i install adobe photoshop cc 2018

1.my computer os is windows 7 ultimate （64 bit）.

2.i used adobe photoshop cc 2018

3.when i install，there is a error that the installation cannot continue a the installer file may be damaged.download the installer again.

4.my computer cannot connect interne.

5.i used the installer on another computer, the installer was ok.

please help me,thanks.

I am sorry, Liuj32525661, I would recommend you use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to evaluate Photoshop CC on a different computer or contact whoever owns the computer you are using to see if they have a solution for you to utilize Photoshop CC.

Photoshop CC individual memberships are designed to be evaluated on computers which have Internet access.  If you are working in a restricted work environment, then a Creative Cloud for Enterprise membership will allow you to use Photoshop CC on an offline computer.

is that photoshop elements or photoshop?

if photoshop, install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
