I just bought the new Photoshop Elements and Premiere bundle. I get the message "This app can't run on your PC" when I try to install it. I am running Windows 10 Home version 1511. My device meets all of the requirements listed. I have Elements and Premiere 10 currently on this device and they work without issue.

Yes, I have a 64 bit system and downloaded the 64 bit version.

Are you using the Adobe download links? If not give them a try.
