This program SUCKS! I've spent 7 hours trying to install it and actually have it work.

Sometimes it works, then Acrobat X Pro suddenly drops off the map and won't open, or won't print from InDesign6. I'm so frustated that I actually paid money for this when I'm losing money BECAUSE I CAN"T WORK WITH YOUR CRAPPY PROGRAM.

    I've been on the Forum.,

    I've followed instructions sent to me from a Adobe "Expert"

    I've unistalled the program. I've installed previous programs.

    I've reinstalled the program.

    I've changed permissions in my system.

    I'm running cleaner now.

    I am NOT HAPPY!

    Just realized that I can't read the Cleaner ReadMeFirst file because ACROBAT doesn't work.

    Service Pack 2. I've run cleaner and reinstalled and it still doesn't work

    How about starting with a few details of your  system (operating system?) and what steps you've taken so far?
