This serial number is not valid for Adobe Fireworks CS6

When I bought Adobe Fireworks CS6, the serial number was sent to my email. I downloaded the program. I typed the serial number when asked and always appears above the message, "This serial number is not valid for Adobe Fireworks CS6. What should I do before complaining in PROCON?

The same problem continued after following all instructions. The serial number was entered correctly several times and the same error message continues. I paid dearly for a program and can not use.
