Download and install the Cloud desktop app. Then download and install your apps.

In addition to John's advice, there's no need to uninstall apps from your old machine.   Adobe CC allows activation on up to 2 machines at a time.  If you install Adobe CC on a 3rd machine, the software will automatically de-activate your 2 previous installations until you activate one of them again.

mostly, it will ask you which machine to deactivate. You can have as many installs as you wish, and switch from one activation to a different one.

e.g. you have 2 computers at work and 2 computers at home (my config), each time I start a program on a deactivated computer, CC asks me to deactivate a different one. The only restriction is that you do not use concurrently CC on 2 computers.
