transferring software from old computer to new

three or so years ago I bought the Adobe Creative Suite (4), design premium student edition. I have got a new laptop and was wondering if there is a way to transfer this old software to my new computer, as it will not be used on the old computer.

Also, how much money would the upgrade to the latest software (student edition) be? Because I may consider this if the price is not too hefty, or the first option is not possible.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi l`znfjbsol,

To transfer the software you just need to install it on the new machine. If you have already installed the software on two machines then you will have to deactivate the software on any one of the machine before installing it on the 3rd machine. To deactivate, launch the software/Go to help and click on deactivate.

You can download the retail version of CS4 from here: http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html .

Kindly follow the very important instructions before download.
