trial download problem

I cannot get the download trial button to function - i have disabled pop up blockers and diasabled firewalls and anti virus software.

does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed ?

The downloads seem to have trouble with certain browsers. Try a different one. Lots to choose from.

Phil,

If you buy it, you'll still need to download the latest version. 4.0 will come on the disk, and 4.1 fixes a pile of problems.

You'll still need to get your downloads sorted out to keep on top of updates.

This problem comes up at least once every other day - a change of browser always seems to sort it.

Which browser are you using? IE 9?

yes i am using ie9 --- I am currently downloading google chrome to give that a go .thanks for the responses  - I will post if chrome works

It'd be nice if Adobe could sort its site out to work with an - ahem! - rare, esoteric, little-used browser like IE 9, but I can confirm that Opera, Chrome and Fiefox will all work, Phil.
