First I had issues with apps starting up in trial-mode. That was solved by chancing the language. But now I get popup screens telling me the whole Creative Cloud is in trial period, starting today. While I am using the Creative Cloud for over a week now.. What is going on?

If you are experiencing this issue, please first ensure you are have licensed the software by clicking the "License this software" button when launching (see screenshot), after this log into the software using the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Cloud Membership.

If you are still experiencing the behavior after this please, provide info regarding additional details

- Are you on a Windows or Mac computer? What version of the operating system? (Windows 7 64-bit, Windows XP SP3, OSX 10.6.8, OSX 10.7.4, etc.)

- How frequently is the software reverting to a trial state? on every launch, only after rebooting the computer, etc.

- Is the behavior occurring with all of your CS6 products?

- What country are you located in?

- Is the number of days left in the trial counting down?

Please follow up with these additional details to help us better understand the issue in order to assist you

Thanks,

-Dave

I've now been able to license the software properly, but:

- InDesign has told me on startup that I have 32,727 days left on my trial (about 88years)

- After Effects has told me I have -1 days left (twice today)

Both now seem to be working fine.

Bizarre. The rest seemed okay, but the AE -1 trial just started popping up today, and I was able to re-click licence. I've been using it throughout the week without issue.

OSX 10.6.8 - UK - Seems to happen at random after I boot up in the morning.

Edit: the Audition application hasn't worked at all so far, it simply crashes on opening. Several crash reports have been submitted.

Hey David__B,

I'm having the same problem.  I just joined Creative Cloud, and when I launch Illustraitor, the spash screen says "Tryout", and then a window pops up saying that I've got a 30 days left during the trial period.

What's going on?

Thanks,

I'm getting this exact same problem.

Yesterday things were either working, or launching as trials. Now I'm being asked for a serial number (which isn't in even in 'My Account > Products'; in fact, CS6/Cloud isn't lised as a product - just a subscription to the Cloud) and don't have one.
