Question

Trial reset for Premiere Pro CC 2014 does not work (Mac)

I got an email from Adobe saying that my trial of Premiere Pro CC had been reset so that I could try out the 2014 version. I downloaded and installed it on my Mac Mini, where the old version of Premiere Pro CC was installed, and it will not run, saying that my trial is expired. I tried to get support on the website via chat with a person who typed poor English, and the end result was him (and his supervisor) saying that I could not do what I was trying to do because my trial has expired. I know that my trial has expired. Why would Adobe send me an email saying that my trial had been *reset* so that I could try the new 2014 version if I'm not able to run it? This does not make sense.

(I downloaded/installed the program on a different computer, a Windows laptop, without issue, but I would like to continue on my Mac Mini)

Ajmalott we periodically reset the trial experience.  Are you trying to run Premiere Pro CC 2014 or Premiere Pro CC?

Please remove Premiere Pro CC if the trial has expired and then try opening Premiere Pro CC 2014.

If you continue to receive messages that the trial has expired then please evaluate the software on a different computer.  You can find more details at Adobe trial software expired early.
