I tried to download Lightroom 5 set up file (.dmg) after purchased but after 5 minute of download, it failed every time (the download stop without any reason) even  if I use the download assistant apps such as speedtao for mac.

I got the message after try to downlod program again and again like this " Too many download attempts: 13. You were allowed to download only 10 times."  What! I can't even touch the program one bit.

Please suggest the appropriate way that can help me download the program.

PS1. I used chrome, speedtao on Mac OSX Mavericks

PS2. I also try to download the trial product. Maybe it  can be activated after entered the serial no. but it show the error message, too!

use a different browser or use a direct download.

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  http://prodesigntools.com/lightroom-5-ddl-comparison-vs-lr4.html

and activate with your serial serial number.

if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

Thank you very much! You're a lifesaver!

I switch to Safari and use the direct link on your reference article. Work like a charm.
