Trouble downloading creative cloud on macbook pro

I've just upgraded to a new macbook pro.  I have a subscription for lightroom CC which worked fine on the old mac, i've signed in and tried downloading both creative cloud and lightroom on the new mac but whenever i hit download it just takes me to a blank page no matter how i try and do it.

any suggestions what I'm meant to do.

Kirstyn49105535, I am sorry you are facing problems downloading and installing Photoshop and Lightroom.  Are you using the computer on a network that you maintain?  If so, then please use the steps listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to begin the installation process. I would recommend you start the process using a different web browser than Safari.  This will help determine if Safari is causing the current error or not.

If you do not personally manage the network, Kirstyn49105535, then please provide the information listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints to whoever does manage the network. You will need access to the listed servers to access the services and applications included with a Creative Cloud membership.
