Trouble with activation.

Allready asked to spanish-custserv@adobe.com but seems not avaiable anymore.

My problem is that my hdd crashed and now after installing LT5 in my new one cannot dont know how to put the the activation code.

If follow steps on screen take me in circles and no way.

My LT order is AD004636755ES bought on 2013 November the 25th

One more thing, setup file was dwld from adobe link where my order and license is.
