I am trying to cancel my monthly in design subscription, but it is impossible to it. There is no cancel option when I clic manage plan...
Click on the Creative Cloud icon in your menu bar (mac) or your task bar (windows) and hover over the icon of your photo and choose manage plan. Or you can just go to www.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and choose Manage Account from the main screen. Once on that page click on the Plans and Products button at the top of the screen and you should see your membership listed. Click on the Manage Plan button and then click the Cancel Plan link.

The only way to do it was to contacting a customer service agent through chat... It takes a while but finally they cancelled the subscription.
thanks for your answer!

I have an irritating issue with trying to cancel an indesign subscription that I've been paying for without my knowledge nor consent for 3 months!
The issue is, even if it was a trial [which I don't remember signing up for] I have not even trialed it - in fact when I go to my subscriptions plans it shows as 'start trial'.
This annoys me. Why does Adobe make it so hard to cancel or indeed rectify an error made by them in dipping in to my bank account each month. It's very cunning and if I didn't need to use Photoshop [which I've been paying and using for for 5 years] I would definitely have nothing more to do with them.
I am suspicious of any company, especially one as big as adobe, that makes cancelling a plan so very, very time consuming and difficult. It's deceitful.

I just recvd an email from Adobe in Chinese. No idea why as I just now, whilst spending/wasting an hour investigating these charges and hw to cancel, it took me to country and the Australia box was correctly checked.
Can only assume it has something to do with this post?

No, only if it is a pm and represents scam content.
This is a user to user forum with (only) some Adobe participation.
Indesign trial an subscription does not start on its own. You should investigate your actions and e-mails from Adobe.
For cancelling: How to cancel your Adobe plan or membership !
