I tried the free trial and when I went to cancel they said I'd be charged $80+ in cancellation fees. Some overseas chat person just kept offering discounts to continue the service. I want to cancel but do not agree to the cancellation fee. I never agreed to pay a cancellation fee if I didn't cancel the trial within a certain them. I just want to cancel the subscription and not pay the cancellation fee that I never agreed to. Can Adobe please take care of this.
