Trying to download Master Collection CS5.5

I bought the Master Collection CS5.5 a while ago and need to download it again.  I can download the file but can't open it.  How do I get a file I can open and use?

    Hi rfrahs,

    The downloaded file consists of 2 parts - one with .7z extension and the other is a .exe file.

    You need to run the .exe file to begin the installation.

    I did but it tells me there was a problem and to download it again.  I have tried on 3 computers.

    I have.  Still won't download.  I noticed others on the forum with the same issue. 


    The .7z file is a very big file so you have to wait so that it will finish and then only try to run the .exe file and follow the on screen instructions to install.

    *** If you try to run .exe file when the .7z file is still downloading, it will give you a error.

    Delete the old downloaded files and try to download again.
