Trying to install Adobe Photoshop CS4

I have and old Power mac running OS10.6.8. I'm trying to install photoshop CS4 from the original disk but it seems it only will install the older version of CS4 that works on OS 10.5.4 or earlier. I've used SC4 11.0.2 on this computer for many years just fine. is there anywhere I can download Photoshop CS4 11.0.2 as a whole install program and not just an upgrade? Adobe legacy site only has upgrade and when I try to install it, it doesn't work, I feel like it is only an upgrade to the original application which is not there. Any suggestions?

Photoshop 11.0.2 is an update to photoshop cs4.

First you need to install the base photoshop cs4 from your dvd or download.

Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4) products

then download and run the 11.0.2 update
