Trying to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 on my new laptop

I sought help because install was not complete after one hour. I was told that the install could take up to 24 hours. Is this really the norm?

No, that is not normal... I have a desktop and the install took about 10 minutes (from DVD)

That's like saying I drive a Ford.  😕

Slow install could be caused by many things:  Your Windows OS may have been receiving updates at the time.  Other background processes like anti-virus may have gotten in the way.  No way to know for sure.   In any case, we're glad to know you're back in business. 🙂
