Trying to install Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi

I have just switched back to Windows 7 on my PC and I'm trying to download my Premiere Pro again. The problem is that the Premiere Pro Installer allows me to log in and then all I see is a white screen on it. Nothing seems to be happening. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to solve this issue? I didn't find this in the forums..

Many thanks

Mike

    I worked out a solution.

What I was trying to do is download the program straight from Adobe without having installed the Creative Cloud. I installed the Creative Cloud App first and it let me log in and download Premiere Pro from there.

I don't know why it didn't download straight from website but now it's all done and I can enjoy Premiere Pro again!

    Hi Mike,

I am sorry that you are facing trouble installing Premiere Pro on your Windows 7 machine.

Can you please attach a screenshot (of White Screen)? How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

What are your system specs & which OS (32 bit or 64 bit)?

    Thanks,

    Kulpreet Singh
