Trying to Install CC, LR & PS

Question

I am trying to re-install Creative Cloud, Lightroom and Photoshop but it doesn't seem to be working. I am not getting any error messages - installer executable window opens, and seems to start, after it is finished the dialogue window closes but there are no apps on my computer. I was able to install other Apps/Programs this morning with no issue so I am guessing it is specific to Adobe? Any help is much appreciated!

re-install sounds like you have those adobe products installed previously.

if they were not properly uninstalled you may be able to remedy the problem by cleaning. so, if there are no adobe cc programs currently installed on your computer:

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.
update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, All Apps | Adobe Creative Cloud
