Trying to install Photoshop Elements 13. When I insert the CD, no "Setup.exe" option comes up. How can I get this installed?

When I install the Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 CD, no option to install the program comes up, nor can I find it in the program files on the installation CD. Please help

Well, definitely a case of "If you're going to do something, go ahead and do it yourself". As I had asked (and was not answered back), I downloaded the software from the website and then activated it with the serial number on my purchased software. To technical support I say "Thank you very little".

"I'm having an issue with your software which I purchased"

"Um, here, read this list of things"

Now THAT'S service!!!! Incredible.

That's not working. As noted in my original post, at no time am I seeing a "Setup.exe" file to select to install the program. Can I download from online and use the serial number from the software I purchased?
